Cheesy stuffed shells in 10 steps.

This is a simple pasta dish i made recently. Its quite simple and delicious, ill run you through the steps. Get a pot fill it accordingly with water, then add a spoon of vegetable oil and a pinch of salt, put on stove on a medium flame. Take your shells and put them in the pot of boiling water. After this take your ground beef rinse it, put on pan on medium flame. Take some Adobo seasoning and sprinkle it over the meat, then your going to take a packet of Sazon with coriander and annatto seasoning and sprinkle it over the meat as well; after this you're going to add a spoon of Sofrito to the meat and mix it all. Preheat oven to 350 F. Once meat is done add tomato meat sauce. Once shells are done strain them. Place shells in pan then stuff with ground beef ,ricotta cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese. Throw some of the sauce on top of the shells, then some more mozzarella cheese and cream cheese to make them extra cheesy Place in oven for 25 minutes.  Take out, s
